The Problem

A growing Indonesian retail chain was managing inventory across 5 branches using spreadsheets, leading to stock discrepancies, slow checkout, and no visibility into branch-level performance.

The Solution

We built RetailOS — a web-based POS and inventory system with real-time stock sync across branches, barcode scanning support, role-based access (cashier, manager, owner), and an analytics dashboard showing daily revenue, top products, and low-stock alerts.
